What is a Recollection?

A recollection is a “mini-retreat,” a few hours of quiet prayer when we look at our lives in God's presence. These are organised monthly to give you that spiritual boost you need to keep you going!

Although we might spend time in prayer each day, recollection is a time to withdraw a couple of hours from the noise and cares of this life in order to spend some quality time in conversation with God guided by meditation, spiritual reading, and time to avail of the Sacrament of Confession.

7.30-8pm - Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament with Meditation, Fr Gavan Jennings

15 minutes time for Reflection

8.15pm - Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament

8.30pm - Talk - Generosity in Friendship - How to Be a Good Friend

9pm - Finish
