SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENING

7.30-7.50 pm - 20 Minute Guided prayer - Meditation - given by the Chaplain of Glenard, Fr Donncha.

7.50-8.30 pm - Time for Prayer. The priest is available for confessions

8.30 pm - Talk in Sitting Room - “Preparing for the Lord’s Arrival”

8.50 pm - Ending with Christmas Celebration.

What is a Recollection?

A recollection is a time set aside for you contemplate your life in God's presence.

We organise them monthly to give you that spiritual boost you need to keep you going!

Although we might spend time in prayer each day, a recollection is a time to withdraw a couple of hours from the noise and cares of this life in order to spend some quality time in conversation with God guided by 30 minutes meditation in front of the Blessed Sacrament, a talk on an aspect of the Catholic faith and time to avail of the Sacrament of Confession if one so wishes.
