How Can I Make Good Decisions?

In this fourth session of our philosophy series, we will look at how to make good decisions. Aristotle said that Prudence is the mother and moulder of all virtues. Prudence is the art of good decision making. It leads to emotional well-being and the experience of the good life.

In this session, we will explore the elements of a good decision.

- How to make good judgments?

- Why is it important to think before choosing?

- How to identify and choose the good “here and now” and so experience the good life? And

- Where do foresight, caution, memory, and reasoning come in?
