Community Connect is a charity dedicated to providing practical support to pregnant mothers and vulnerable families with small babies, who are struggling to provide for their children. We will be helping to sort out donations and prepare packages to give to mothers/ families in need.

We are also accepting donations! So you are welcome to bring baby wipes, nappies, baby vests, toiletries etc.
